Cold-water Arctic sweet shrimp with translucent pink shells and bright red tail tips - naturally sweet, delicate and ready to eat straight from the thaw.

These shrimp are harvested in icy northern waters and frozen at sea, which locks in the clean sweetness that makes them a favourite for sashimi and sushi. Let them thaw in the fridge for a few hours, then serve with soy and wasabi, or peel them into salads and seafood cocktails.

Sold frozen in a sealed pack. Do not refreeze after thawing.
