Frozen Kelp Noodles Seaweed Salad
Vibrant green kelp noodles - translucent, springy and pleasantly crunchy, with a clean seaweed flavour and none of the heaviness of wheat pasta.
Rinse and drain, then toss with sesame oil, rice vinegar, chilli and spring onion for a bright cold salad. They also slip into stir-fries, soups and hot pots, and stay firm where normal noodles would go soft.
Low in calories and a natural source of iodine and fibre. Supplied fresh in a sealed pack; refrigerate and use within five days.
