Fine strands of dried squid in a rosy pink and cream mix - chewy, gently sweet and packed with deep marine umami. A classic snack across East Asia and a versatile kitchen staple.

Eat it straight from the bowl with a cold drink, tear it over congee and noodle soups, or toss it with sesame oil, chilli and cucumber for a five-minute salad. It also adds savoury depth to stir-fries and fried rice.

Supplied in a resealable pack. Store in a cool, dry place; refrigerate after opening to keep the strands tender.
